There are 3 organized swaps a year.
Swaps are scheduled and coordinated by our Swap Coordinator, Tonia.
Swaps consist of 3 keychains based around a theme chosen by the coordinator.
Coordinator will assign the list of who swaps with whom.
If a person signs up for a swap and does not complete it, they are not eligible to participate in the next swap.
Participation is voluntary, by contacting the Swap Coordinator.
Each swap will have a start date and an end by date so the Coordinator can keep track of what swaps have been completed.
No person will swap with the same person more than once per year in an organized group swap.
Of course, individual trading/swaps are encouraged and done on own.
For 2008, swap schedule will be June/July and Oct/Nov.
